Passionate about ceramics, I have more than 20 years of experience. As a ceramist, I always endeavour to find new ways of expression, experimenting with new techniques, clay mixtures, texture and color. In 2015 I launched Cat Ceramics, a dynamic collaborative, builds social capital in our community. It has been a very rewarding and fun project.

The Project
CAT is a social project that seeks to support Mexican potters. My goal is to work with men and women potters in a collaborative way, to help strengthen new skills and promote fair trade within the world of commercial and artisanal ceramics in Mexico. In this way the traditional trade of pottery is not lost but given a new impetus, nurturing an important profession for the community and cultural tradition.
